Podcasts!

It is very interesting learning about Podcasts. I did not know it was possible to create my own podcast without being someone famous or someone of credibility. I am grateful for having the opportunity to learn how to create a podcast because I think it will be useful in the future as a teacher to create podcasts for students and for other teachers.

Mahara Mahem

I never knew that creating a Mahara portfolio would be like this. I have not mastered it yet, but it seems to be more straight forward than I had thought. I still have a lot more learning and exploring to do, but I am glad that we finally get the chance to play around with it. I now know how useful this could be for future documents. I prefer electronic portfolios like this (once I have worked out how to use it) than wasting a lot of paper. With help from friends and the lecturer I am sure I can work it all out.

ICT Is fun!

This afternoon I am learning about blogging and how to create a blog. I have only ever searched through other people's blogs so I did not know how to create a blog until now. It will be fun to publish blogs and talk about what I think. I always thought it would be really hard to create a blog, but it's not as scary after all!
